Individual sessions are 50 minutes long. Sessions are offered in person or virtual. The frequency and length depends on each client’s unique treatment plan.
Sessions are confidential and supportive, fostering personal growth and overall well-being. During our first session together we will start a biopsychosocial assessment. This will help me look at you holistically and help determine what the main areas we should be focusing on. We will look at therapeutic goals, treatment plan, and start establishing rapport. I aim to empower clients to understand themselves better and foster positive change in their lives.
Certified in Safe & Attachment EMDR, I use bilateral stimulation to help clients process distressing memories, small and big trauma, promote adaptive resolution, and improve emotional regulation and self-esteem. This approach incudes somatic and attachment experiences.

Premarital and Marital Therapy
$190
Couples session are 60 minutes long. Sessions are offered in person or virtual. The frequency and length depends on the couple’s unique treatment plan.
I am trained in Saving Your Marriage Before It Begins (SYMBIS). Research shows that a couple that engages in premarital counseling decreases the chances of divorce by 31%. During these sessions we will explore communication, conflict, intimacy, and much more.
The Trained in Gottman Couple Therapy Level two, I provide a safe, non-judgmental environment for couples to address relationship challenges. With the goal of helping improve communication, resolve conflicts, and rebuild trust using evidence-based techniques. Whether it's intimacy issues, infidelity, or strengthening your bond, our service supports you. I aim to empower couples to cultivate healthier relationships through constructive dialogue and empathy.
Note: All couples are welcome, regardless of sexual orientation, gender identity, or relationship type, including same-sex couples, heterosexual couples, non-binary partnerships, and those identifying outside traditional labels.

Immigration Evaluations
$1500
I offer immigration evaluations for Extreme Hardships, Asylum, VAWA, and U-Visas in English or Spanish. These evaluations are culturally sensitive, thorough assessments that meet the needs of immigration attorneys and courts. This service includes two 1-hour sessions (virtual or in-person) with a comprehensive psychological evaluation delivered in 2-3 weeks after the sessions.
Rush service (before 2 weeks) is available for a $300 rush fee.
Payment options: pay in full during our first meeting or pay half in the first meeting and the other half once the evaluation is complete.
Note: Clients will not receive the completed evaluation unless it has been paid in full. It is highly recommended to obtain legal council to ensure this will benefit your case.
