Individual sessions are 50 minutes long. Sessions are offered in person or virtual. The frequency and length depends on each client’s unique treatment plan. Sessions are confidential and supportive, fostering personal growth and overall well-being. During our first session together we will start a biopsychosocial assessment. This will help me look at you holistically and help determine what the main areas we should be focusing on. We will look at therapeutic goals, treatment plan, and start establishing rapport. I aim to empower clients to understand themselves better and foster positive change in their lives.
Certified in Safe & Attachment EMDR, I use bilateral stimulation to help clients process distressing memories, small and big trauma, promote adaptive resolution, and improve emotional regulation and self-esteem. This approach incudes somatic and attachment experiences.

Professional Consulting

Professional Consulting sessions are 60 minutes long. Sessions are offered in person or virtual. The frequency and length depends on the therapist’s needs.
I offer professional consulting services for therapists looking to start their own private practice. Whether you're just beginning or need guidance on growing your practice, I provide support in areas such as business setup, marketing strategies, client acquisition, documentation, and ethical considerations. My goal is to help you build a successful, sustainable, and fulfilling practice with confidence

Immigration Evaluations
$1200
I offer immigration evaluations for Extreme Hardships, Asylum, VAWA, and U-Visas in English or Spanish. These evaluations are culturally sensitive, thorough assessments that meet the needs of immigration attorneys and courts. This service includes two 1-hour sessions (virtual or in-person) with a comprehensive psychological evaluation delivered in 2-3 weeks after the sessions.
Rush service (before 2 weeks) is available for a $300 rush fee.
Payment options: pay in full during our first meeting or pay half in the first meeting and the other half once the evaluation is complete.
Note: Clients will not receive the completed evaluation unless it has been paid in full. It is highly recommended to obtain legal council to ensure this will benefit your case.
